Fans of Bear Grylls may have other reasons to tune into his latest televised adventures after it has been confirmed that Hollywood Heartthrobs, Zac Efron and Channing Tatum, will be joining him in the wild.
Yes ladies, the extreme adventure enthusiast is hosting a new reality television show on NBC where a string of celebrities will venture with him into the wilderness for 48 hours.
The ‘Running Wild With Bear Grylls’ series will be six episodes and each hour-long episode will feature a different celebrity. The final line-up looks a little like this: Channing Tatum, Ben Stiller, Tamron Hall,Deion Sanders and Tom Arnold will also appear on the show.
According to E! News celebrities will tackle activities such as skydiving in the Catskill Mountains, repelling down cliffs in Utah and battling the elements in Scotland.
In a statement Grylls said: “‘Running Wild’ allows viewers to see inside the hearts and minds of these guests in a very open, honest and vulnerable way, pushing them out of their comfort zones and seeing what they are like in real life when stripped of all the benefits of celebrity.”
“Ultimately, this show is about taking these stars on the adventure of a lifetime and being alongside them when they discover something new and empowering about themselves and their world. For me, that is always a privilege,” he added.
