While we’re not exactly sure what has been going on between Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson recently, we are pretty sure this wouldn’t have gone down too well.
Apparently Kristen got in contact with Rupert Sanders, the director with whom she had a fling last summer, while Robert was away in Australia. We know, what on earth was she thinking?
It emerged last summer that Kristen and Rupert had a fling.
It seems the On The Road actress wanted to reach out to Rupert after his wife, model Liberty Ross, filed for divorce because of her role in the breakdown of their nine-year marriage.
A source told Star magazine: “Kristen was feeling low – the lowest she’s ever felt – when Rob flew to Australia. She doesn’t have a huge circle of friends. Rob was the closest person to her.
“So when he left, she reached out to Rupert to see if he was OK and suggested meeting for a coffee.”
Despite everything the Twilight couple gave their love another chance.
And it appears that R-Patz, who reportedly forgave and reconciled with Kristen after she cheated, wasn’t too impressed by the whole thing.
The insider explained: “It seemed like Kristen was just blindly trying to do something to ease her pain. When Rob found out she’d contacted Rupert through a mutual friend, he was upset that Kristen would even go there.
“He wasn’t jealous, he was just incredulous. It seems Kristen had no chance with him now,” they added.
To be honest it wouldn’t be surprising if this was them over for good but with the amount of twists and turns this relationship has taken over the last month, we’re not too sure it is!
