Ahhh, reality…
Or as close to reality as you can call the life of Helen Flanagan…
The ex-Corrie actress and self-proclaimed “actress, model and writer” is slowly, but surely, adjusting to life outside the jungle and spent the last two days thanking fans, family, friends and sharing photos of her post-jungle life on Twitter.
“I was so in love with my time in the jungle through the highs and lows and feel so blessed to have been able to take part in such an incredible life changing show,” Helen told fans.
“All I did was be myself. Was so overwhelmed to see my parents and can’t wait to my boyfriend who I love so much.”
The blonde actress said she couldn’t wait to get back onto her Twitter account to chat to fans, but said she felt like she’d committed ‘social suicide’ spending so many hours in her hotel bedroom.
Quick to diss the rumours of any post-jungle breakdown, Helen also shared the wonderful moment she got to bite into her ‘amazeballs’ sandwich. No more juicy kangaroo testicles or fermented eggs for Helen!
Flanagan finished off her ‘Back To Reality’ checklist by treating herself to a spray tan and took a photo to share her much slimmer body off.
We don’t know if Helen did St Tropez any favours by lavishly coating herself in bottles of the colour in the jungle, but she made it her business to tweet them from her personal account letting them know they were her chosen luxury item for the few weeks.
Ahh, Helen… welcome back.
