We love a good wedding here at Her.ie headquarters and we have to say, we swooned a little bit when we saw the place where Vogue Williams and Brian McFadden will be tying the knot this September.
The Irish Independent reports that Brian, of Westlife fame, will marry Vogue in the luxurious Castello Di Vincigliata in Florence, Italy. How romantic, right?
Apparently the couple are dropping a massive €220,000 on the wedding and they are also hosting their joint stag and hen party in Florence as part of their four-day wedding celebration.
The castle itself dates from the 13th century and offers breath-taking views over the Tuscan countryside, and according to reports, wedding ceremonies are usually held on the law and followed by a romantic dinner in the castle’s candlelit courtyard. It sounds so dreamy, doesn’t it?
Brian and Vogue are already giving us ideas for our own nuptials…

“They’re going all out for this wedding – this is going to be a massive party that people will be talking about for years to come,” said a close friend of the lovebirds.
“After looking through all the options available to them in Florence, Brian and Vogue both agreed to go with the Castello Di Vincigliata. It’s just perfect for them, as soon as they saw it they fell in love. They’re both quite private people and the castle will keep them hidden from media attention,” the friend added.
Okay, so they have the venue but what about the most important detail of all? The wedding dress.
Last week Vogue announced that she will have six bridesmaids by her side on the big day and that her wedding dress will be from J’Aton, an Australian design house.
It’s been reported that the couple are planning on reading out love letters to each other during the ceremony and that white doves will be released as part of their nuptials. Celebrity guests are expected to include Dannii Minogue and Mel B.
We guess we better go hat shopping, because our invitation is clearly in the post like…
