Tina O'Brien, Lucy Fallon and Paula O'Brien have reportedly taken up the exercise after hearing fellow cast member Ryan Thomas praise it. An insider told The Sun that the Weatherfield ladies are all about de-stressing and chilling out, rather than partying.
