The 22-yer-old star has been subjected to seven Bush Tucker Trials since entering the jungle on November 11th and has struggled to eat any of the wretch-inducing food which has meant no meals for camp and self-inflicted starvation for Helen herself.
Before entering the jungle, Helen told New Magazine that she is content with her eight and a half stone figure and likes the fact that her curves are natural and has been displaying her tiny figure in a series of even tinier bikinis since becoming a nightly fixture on our screens.

Last night during Helen’s daily showering performance, viewers could clearly see the stars ribcage and having been in the jungle for nearly two weeks, the effects of lack of proper food are becoming apparent.
But Helen isn’t the only contestant to shrink during her jungle experience and most of the celebrities involved emerge much slimmer after their time on the show. A host of stars including Kerry Katona, Katie Price and Mark Wright all shrank before our eyes during their stints on the show so we’re not too worried about Helen.

Call us cynical but we’re guessing that she’s loving the pre-Christmas slim-down and the inevitable magazine covers she’ll be offered as a result.
