I’m Coming Home is a song penned by two Irish bands, dedicated to emigrants around the world.
The Jigsaw Jam and Keith O’Brien filmed the video on Grafton Street and the familiar sights are sure to bring a lot of tears in the run up to the festive season.
One of the song’s creators, Shane Davis, told the Irish Echo that the song “focuses on the hundreds of thousands of Irish abroad this Christmas who will not be able to make it home for Christmas, a very poignant and current affair”.
The video features clips of emigrants around the world sending messages home to their loved ones and it definitely made us think of friends and family that we will miss this Christmas.
