David Beckham has spent €37 million on engagement rings for Victoria over the years

Most people would be happy with just one engagement ring, but Victoria has 15!

But David Beckham must really really REALLY love Victoria as over the years he has bought her a grand total of 15 rings.

Such an impressive collection of rocks have an even more impressive price tag to go with them.

From rubies and diamonds to emeralds and sapphires, Posh Spice practically has a ring for every occasion in every colour – but it begs the question of just how much her rings are worth.

UK retailer Steven Stone’s leading diamond expert, Maxwell Stone, seemed to have the same question and estimates that in total David must have spent over €37 million to keep his wife dripping in jewels.

But he didn’t stop there; he decided to take a closer look at all of Victoria’s rings (and their price tags, so here is some of the highlights from what he discovered.

Let’s start at the beginning, when David presented his now wife with a marquise-cut diamond on a yellow gold band when he proposed back in 1998.

Though it’s design may be the most simple on this list, the price tag is not as it’s worth an estimated €69,000, according to Maxwell.

Speaking about the sparkler he said: “Whilst this ring is no doubt sensational, it features one of the most modest stones in Victoria’s collection. The majority of her rings in more recent years are larger than seven carats.”

The most expensive ring on the list was gifted to Victoria in 2010, and is a very impressive oval-cut sapphire on a platinum pave band.

This ring is huge – quite like its price tag which comes in at €5.7 million.

“This is an incredible sapphire. The best quality natural blue sapphires are an intense, velvety, deep royal blue. This colour of this sapphire would be considered AAA or AA quality, the rarest and most valuable,” the expert explained.

Moving on to the cheapest ring on the list, (if you could call any of these cheap) this would be the platinum eternity band David purchased in 2001.

Though the simplest in terms of the style of Posh’s collection, it is still adorned with an impressive array of diamonds and a price of €23,000 to match.

Her most unique ring has to be the one she received in 2015; a Moonstone set in a diamond-encrusted platinum band which has a sweet meaning.

Moonstone is known for signifying new beginnings and promoting intuition, inspiration, success – all the things you need to be a successful fashion designer.

While the moonstone is stunning, the boldest ring that you’ll see Victoria sporting goes to her 2007 cushion-cut emerald with a platinum spiral setting. It comes with a price of €3.4 million or, you know, just a few months rent in Dublin.

Maxwell said of this sparkler: “This is definitely one of our favourite rings from Victoria’s collection. The huge emerald looks to be an incredible 25 carats.”

But David seems to have gotten a handle on his spending spree in the last few years as the latest ring he gifted to his other half was a square-cut yellow diamond on a platinum pave band back in 2019.

Basically a small boulder set in precious metal, it comes in at a cool €2.3 million.
