Victoria Beckham has finally addressed THOSE split rumours

Victoria Beckham has finally addressed the speculation about the state of her relationship with her husband of 19 years, David.

The pair, who wed in a lavish ceremony in 1999, have been plagued by rumours they are set to announce their split for the last few months. But, speaking to Vogue [via The Daily Mail] for their October issue, the former pop star told how they had learned to ignore "the nonsense" that ends up getting written about their relationship. She explained:

"People have been making things up about our relationship for 20 years, so David and I are pretty used to ignoring the nonsense and just carrying on as normal. "But these things have a wider effect on the people around us, and that's unfair."

The fashion designer was featured in the magazine to mark 10 years of her brand. She was pictured on the cover, alongside her five children - although David was noticeably absent. He does appear in some sweet family photos inside the magazine, though - including one that shows David and Victoria sitting on the grass, as their children run around with water guns. Victoria continued:

"We both realise that we are stronger together than we are as individuals. "Would either of us be in the position that we are in now had we not met and been together all those years ago? "It's all about the family unit. We are much stronger the six of us, than we would be if we were individuals. We respect that family bond and that is key."
