Sky Sports presenter Charlotte Coleman has married her partner Chris Coleman.
The 35-year-old took to Twitter earlier to confirm the news and revealed that she only had three weeks to plan her big day.

Charlotte, who has since changed her name to Coleman, and Chris are proud parents to their son Teddy, who was born in December last year.
Newlywed Charlotte previously competed in reality TV show Splash! and she also co-presented 71 Degrees North alongside Paddy McGuinness.
Clearly excited for the wedding celebration, Charlotte posted the below Instagram collage with the caption “wedding day” over the weekend.
