Trailer Trash-er? Lindsay Lohan Accused of Wrecking Trailer Once Owned by Elizabeth Taylor

Uh-oh, it seems like troubled actress Lindsay Lohan is in trouble yet again. But this time she isn’t being accused of stealing jewellery. Oh no. This time she’s being accused of trashing a vintage trailer that was once used by Elizabeth Taylor.

According to reports, the trailer was being used for Lindsay’s upcoming film Liz and Dick – a movie about Elizabeth Taylor and her turbulent relationship with Richard Burton.

Elizabeth Taylor is reported to have used the trailer as a private love nest with Richard Burton during her on-set romance with the actor while they were filming the classic Cleopatra. Due to this fact, it’s considered to be a very important part of cinematic history.

Anyway, the trailer’s owner Angel Alger, is claiming that when the trailer was returned to her, it had more than €80,000 worth of damage done to it.

Ms Alger says that mirrors inside the trailer have been broken and that there are various cigarette burns on the furniture, among other things. She also said that she believes Lindsay had something to do with the damage, although at the moment she is trying to gather enough evidence to prove that it was the actress.

This isn’t the first time that Lindsay has gotten in trouble this week. The 26-year old was caught up in the middle of police investigations after a host of items went missing from a house where she had been a guest.

Luckily for Lindsay, due to a lack of evidence against her, the police couldn’t charge her and she will not be prosecuted for the theft.

“Lindsay is glad this matter has been cleared up so she can focus on her upcoming projects,” said her spokesman, speaking to reporters.
