While Katie Holmes has been snapped numerous times since announcing that she has filed for divorce from husband Tom Cruise, the Cocktail star has been lying low.
But his team have finally spoken out according to reports in the media this morning. They have accused the actress of ‘playing the media’ by taking her daughter Suri out for an ice cream.
Holmes has also been captured out and about looking happy but rumours have it her former other half is ‘really sad’ about the breakdown of the marriage.
Cruise’s team stated that in time, after the initial hype has died down, they will have something to say about the matter and it isn’t in the film star’s nature to do things publicly.
It has also been revealed that Cruise will be filing a rival divorce case against Holmes and then there’s also the battle for custody of Suri.
