And they picked the CUTEST name.
Tom Hardy and his wife, Charlotte Riley, have reportedly welcomed their second child together – a baby boy.
The pair are said to be “over the moon” with the arrival of their son, who was born last month.
A source told The Sun:
“The couple are over the moon with the new addition to the family.
“Friends are already saying that the baby boy looks exactly like Tom.
“They’ve been laying low over the festive period so they can get used to having a busier household and adjusting to the needs of a newborn.”
As for the little one’s name? The proud parents reportedly named their little one Forrest, as they thought the name was “earthy and strong”.
Plus, Tom is reportedly a massive fan of the film, Forrest Gump.
The insider continued:
“They love the name Forrest as it’s earthy and strong. Tom has always found the movie Forrest Gump very inspiring and enjoyable and thinks it fits.”
Tom and Charlotte first met on the set of ITV’s Wuthering Heights ten years ago. They got engaged in 2010, before tying the knot in 2014.
They welcomed their first child the following year, but chose to keep information about the little one – including name and gender – quiet.
