Three former Love Island stars are heading onto a new reality TV show.

Called The Challenge, the new series will see celebrities going head to head as they compete in extreme challenges. The aim is to avoid elimination and claim the prize pot.

Expected to be filmed in South America next year and aired on Channel 5, a source has told The Sun that there are three former Love Island stars set to take part.

“Producers for The Challenge will likely be thrilled to have signed three Love Island stars. They were all popular Islanders from one of Britain’s biggest TV shows,” they told the outlet.

According to the source, Arabella Chi, Kaz Kamwi and Marcel Somerville are all getting involved in the show.

The show has been created as a spin-off for two separate MTV shows, The Real World and Road Rules.

The series has only been aired in the US before now but this year there have been four international versions of the show being made, in the US, the UK, Australia and Argentina.

It is also being said that the winners of each season will then go on to face each other in The Challenge: Global Championship.

The Only Way Is Essex star Joey Essex and Geordie Shore’s Nathan Henry are also reported to have signed up for the show as well as the Love Island gang.
