The late Jade Goody’s two sons could be left without their £1 million inheritance if the reports that her estate is facing bankruptcy are true.
Reality TV star Jade died from cervical cancer aged 27 in 2009. According to The Sun, Revenue and Customs are asking for the six-figure tax bill, an amount of money that would empty the inheritance set aside for Bobby Jack, nine, and Freddie, eight.
The two kids now live with their father Jeff Brazier, 33. Trustees for the children have called the Revenue “heartless”.
Photographer Danny Hayward, who was named as an executor of Jade’s will, told the paper: “Jade was determined to give the boys the education she never had.
“We’ve paid their private school fees to the end of the year but we can’t after that. Jade would be heartbroken.
“It’s a truly shocking decision. But we intend to appeal and fight to the end in true Jade-style to fulfill her last wishes for the boys, no matter how long it may take.”

The Sun reports that officials only asked for just over half a million pounds in tax, but raised the amount after declaring the business expenses and losses on Jade’s Essex beauty salon.
The tax bill has already generated £119,000 in interest which has forced Jade’s trustees to sell her three Essex homes.
It remains to be seen if this will clear the tax debt and secure Goody’s estate from bankruptcy.
