There really is never a dull day for the Kardashians as reports today claim some of the clan are heading to court.
Apparently Kim, Kourtney, Khloe and brother Rob are suing their former stepmum Ellen Pearson.

According to omg! Yahoo the case concerns some of their father’s personal possessions, including a diary and photographs, which were left to them in his will.
Their attorney Marty Singer said in a statement: “The Kardashians and Kris Jenner have filed a suit against Ellen Pearson for taking personal property belonging to them by virtue of Robert Kardashian’s will and by virtue of copyright protection.”
Kris was married to Robert Kardashian for more than 10 years.
This isn’t the first time Pearson has caused a problem for the reality stars as she recently said that Khloe is not Robert’s biological daughter and has previously accused Kris of being a bad mother.
Pearson married Robert Kardashian two months before he lost his battle with oesophageal cancer in 2003.
