Taylor Swift did not buy a home next to the Kennedy compound to be closer to her new boyfriend despite reports last week.
It was believed that the singer had purchased a home in Hyannis Port, Massachusetts next to her boyfriend Conor Kennedy’s grandmother Ethel.
It was reported that Swift had splashed out on the $4.9 million (€3.9 million) seven bedroom house but according to Radar Online, the singer was never involved in the sale of the house.
Paul Grover, a realtor at Robert Paul Properties revealed that a buyer did sign the deal for the property last week, but Swift wasn’t involved.
The couple confirmed that they are an item last month
The couple have been dating since May when Swift, 22, comforted Conor after the death of his mother, Mary.
The couple confirmed their relationship the day after Conor’s eighteenth birthday and were seen walking hand in hand on the beach last week.
Earlier this year Taylor revealed her obsession with the Kennedy’s to The New Yorker Magazine.
“I’m just so obsessed with the whole history of JFK and RFK,” she said.
Swift has met all of the Kennedys and has even introduced Conor to her parents in Nashville.
Her.ie is glad to hear that Taylor hasn’t bought the house after only a few months of dating however, sometimes we wish she’d just slow down.
