Taylor Lautner confirms Taylor Swift song is about him

We expect nothing less from Swiftie.

Remember when Taylor Squared was a thing? Back in 2009 the two were cast as boyfriend and girlfriend in the celeb-filled film, Valentine's Day. They began dating soon after, but broke up early in 2010. Though it was a short lived relationship, Taylor Swift put pen to paper of course, and wrote a song about the romance. Fans were never quite sure which song from the Speak Now album it was, but Taylor Lautner just confirmed it. The topic came up in a Facebook Live video with Lea Michele and John Stamos to promote Scream Queens' new season. John Stamos points how that Lautner has dated "quite a list", and Lea Michele recalls that he dated Taylor Swift. Taylor seems to get pretty awkward and sweaty when Lea asks him if he want's to talk about it. "No.. I don't know why you guys want to talk about it," he says. But Lea seems to excited to let it go and asks him about a song she may have written for him. "That's what she does" Tayor says, "She writes songs". Lea seems adamant that it was about a hat (?) and something about December so Taylor, in an effort end the conversation Taylor says "It's called Back to December", followed by an awkward goofy laugh. Taking the lyrics into consideration, we feel pretty bad for Taylor Lautner. Things like:

"Because the last time you saw me Is still burned in the back of your mind You gave me roses and I left them there to die"

And:

"So this is me swallowing my pride Standing in front of you saying I'm sorry for that night"
