A source close to the actress confirmed that they have been experiencing "major issues" lately.

They have been struggling recently but have not ended their relationship as of yet.

They made the difficult decision to call off their wedding but are still together.

It is believed their wedding was due to take place in May.

An insider told Us Weekly: "Sydney and Jonathan have been having major issues but are not fully split.

"Things are not great right now, but they aren’t throwing in the towel yet. They are working on their relationship but have called off the wedding for now."

Their wedding plans have "come to a halt."

A source added: "They were supposed to get married this spring. The wedding is not happening, and they aren’t having further discussions about it.

"Sydney wanted to cancel everything and couldn’t handle the stress," they shared.

Sydney Sweeney and Jonathan Davino have largely kept their relationship out of the spotlight.

The Euphoria star's busy schedule has caused issues for the couple in the past, but Sydney wants to focus on her career.
