Earlier this week, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry shared an adorable photo of their eight-month-old son - much to the delight of fans. The snap, which was included in their 2019 highlight video, showed the Duke of Sussex holding his son. The photo is believed to have been taken during their break in Canada, where they have been spending the holidays. The young royal was wearing a cosy brown coat, boots, grey pants and a matching grey bobble hat. But it turns out there was an adorable detail in the photo that you may have missed. The boots Archie is wearing appear to be Uggs - which the first baby gift the Duke and Duchess of Sussex received after announcing they were expecting. The couple received the boots soon after landing for their 16-day international tour of Oz, New Zealand, Fiji and Tonga in 2018. Before their arrival, Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison said the news of a royal baby was great and that he was “looking forward to sharing in the joy during your stay down under”. And to mark the occasion, Australia’s governor-general presented the expectant parents with a very special gift for their little one: a pair of teeny tiny Ugg boots. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex were gifted with many other toys and local souvenirs for the royal baby by members of the public who gathered in their thousands to catch a glimpse of the pair on the first day of their trip in Sydney.
