Last month it emerged that Christine Bleakley and Frank Lampard had called off their June wedding due to the uncertainty of his future at Chelsea.
So you would think that, now the footballer has signed a new contract for the London club, the big day would be back on. Not the case.
Christine and Frank were rumoured to have postponed their big day.
Frank has denied reports that he and Christine had ever planned to marry this summer but insisted that it was very much still going to happen.
He told The Mirror: “We never had a wedding planned this summer. We were looking at different times when we could to it and there’s been loads of gossip.
“I didn’t want it to be at a time when things might be happening in my career. It would have taken the edge off it.”

He added that when they do decide to tie the knot it will be a low-key affair as opposed to a “big fancy one.”
The couple started dating in 2009. Frank, who has two daughters from a previous relationship, popped the question two years later but they are yet to make it down the aisle.
