She was on the fence about it.
Stacey Solomon has shared the first look of her first ever tattoo and it’s dedicated to her children.
The 33 year old revealed earlier this month that she was planning on getting a tattoo for her children but was on the fence about actually going through with it.
But now, she has certainly made up her mind as she shared a clip of herself in a tattoo studio preparing to get inked.
While the tattoo itself isn’t done yet, Stacey has had the stencils applied to ensure the size and placement works for her.
Stacey’s eldest son’s name, Zachary, can be seen being put on the top of her shoulder.
The tattoo itself has an even more special meaning behind it as Stacey revealed her brother is the person doing it.
The mum-of-five explained: “So my brother is a tattooist & he kept the shop open late tonight so we can have a little stencil session”.
“I can’t believe I’m actually doing it. So excited. Just a little play around tonight while the kids are in bed then we can go for it when I’m back from Paris.”
Stacey originally planned to get each of her children’s names tattooed in Hebrew but admitted she thought this may have been her hormones heightened.
She said on her Instagram Stories: “Am I having a midlife crisis or is it my hormones? Is it weird to get a tattoo in your 30s? I think I really want one, I’ve never had one before.
“Have any of you got tattoos, like, later on in life? Not that I’m later on in life, but you know what I mean.
“Like, most people get them when they’re really young. Have any of you got them in your 30s-plus and been really happy about it? Will I regret it? Is it my hormones?”
