Her podcast is hugely popular with thousands tuning in to listen to the influencer share advice and have empowering and light-hearted chats.

Sophie’s podcast is “always encouraging and in a comfortable, safe space”.
Her one-woman podcast shares advice with women and helps them feel more understood.
“It’s a space to find reassurance that you are never alone,” she shared.
The podcast also gives women a chance to unwind and take life with a pinch of salt by laughing at those embarrassing moments and our mistakes.
The most important thing to Sophie is that the podcast is a place where women and girls feel supported.
“Taking life with a pinch of salt by being able to laugh at ourselves, our past selves, our mistakes and our embarrassing moments. Girls supporting girls, always.”
