Debuting a surprise baby bump, the singer posed for photos on the pink carpet, wearing a beaming smile.
The 36-year-old has three boys, Ray, Sonny and Kit Jones, with her partner Richard Jones, bass guitarist with the Feeling.
Sophie has yet to confirm the pregnancy but cradling her tummy, the singer looks every inch a proud mum-to-be.
