Sofia Richie made her debut on KUWTK last night and things got heated

After two years of dating, Sofia Richie finally made a cameo on Keeping up with the Kardashians.

In a family trip to Finland, Kourtney Kardashian decides to invite the father of her three children, Scott Disick and his girlfriend, Sofia Richie along. Speaking in the show, the 40-year-old says:

“I was first going to go to Finland as a girl’s trip, but it just seemed like a lot of the activities my kids would love. Then the dates that we were able to go ended up being Spring Break, and then Scott really wanted to come along. And then it was my idea to invite Sofia to come on our trip.”

Agreeing to head on the trip, Scott then revealed that he finds it a bit of a juggling act to keep all parties happy and not overstep any boundaries. Revealing that Sofia has previously felt left out due to his close relationship with his ex of nine years, Scott said it's a complicated dynamic but finds it's important he makes it work so he doesn't miss out on anything with the kids. However, in last night's episode which aired in the US (Oct 6), things get heated in the hot tub when Kourtney accuses Scott and Sofia of ditching the family activities.

“First of all, I think it’s amazing for the kids … it’s just like a magical thing. But you definitely were looking for a reason to leave. You could just say, 'this isn’t for me and we’re gonna go. “I think you put so much pressure on things to make everything perfect. I don’t even mind if you [and Sofia] go off and do your thing, but if you’re in it, let’s enjoy what’s happening,” Kourtney explained.

Later on, Scott revealed that his stress came from a fear of something going wrong or that Sofia wouldn't feel comfortable around the camera crew the rest of the family has known for years. Thankfully, they were able to iron out any kinks on the trip, both calling it a success. You can watch that episode on E! this Sunday when it airs in the UK and Ireland.
