Her representative Dave Woolf revealed: “They are now going to proceed with a divorce. I don’t know any more details.”
The musical pair tied the knot back in 2008, five years after they first met, and seemed to be the ideal couple.

KT, who rose to fame with her hit album Eye To The Telescope, regularly talked about how much she was enjoying marriage and even suggested that children were on the cards.
No reason behind the split has been given but The Scottish Sun reported that they have been separated for a matter of months.
