Singer Anastacia has announced on her Facebook page this morning that she has been diagnosed with breast cancer for a second time.
The pop star, who fought the disease back in 2003 and has rallied to spread awareness about it, has also had to cancel her upcoming European tour due to the news.
Anastacia was first diagnosed with breast cancer in 2003.
The statement reads: “Anastacia has sadly been diagnosed with breast cancer for the second time after having successfully survived her 2003 battle with the disease.
“Consequently she has been forced to cancel all performances, tours and any travel from now until further notice.”

The singer herself added “I feel so awful to be letting down all my amazing fans who were looking forward to It’s A Man’s World Tour. It just breaks my heart to disappoint them.”
According to the post Anastacia, who first burst onto the music scene with I’m Outta Love, is focusing on making “a full recovery with the support of her family, friends and everyone around her.”
