Oh jeepers, the countdown for summer must be on if Vicky B herself is talking about toning and training up.

The fashionista took to Twitter to tell everybody about her exercise regime, has she not read our article on the most annoying people on social media? It told us that exercise-boasters topped the poll of social media's most irritating users.

So, VB, looks like you've joined the crew! Reminding us that summer's around the corner whilst we're wrapped up in twenty layers, drinking hot chocolate and stuffing our faces to "keep ourselves warm".

The mum-of-four announced she's been availing of celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson's help for her fitness regime (kudos, Tracy's fabulous).

Tracy's toned up the likes of Madonna, Gywneth Paltrow and Nicole Richie using a unique exercise method (she's even copyrighted "method") where the smaller muscles are tightened and toned, creating a longer, leaner look.

The fashionista revealed that her summer workout has started... 

The Tracy Anderson Method DVD is on Amazon to buy (a lot cheaper than gym membership) and by the looks of HeatWorld's investigative work on Twitter, Victoria could be using just that DVD (Tracy seems to be holidaying in Hawaii).
