Sarah Jessica Parker breaks her silence on Kim Cattrall’s And Just Like That return

Sarah Jessica Parker has finally broken on Kim Cattrall's return to the world of Sex and The City.

It was confirmed earlier this month that Kim would be making a cameo appearance in the spin off series And Just Like That for the upcoming season after filming a "cliffhanger" scene. Kim claimed she would never want to be part of the show, and has now filmed her scene in a separate location from her other cast mates due to their alleged feud. According to The Daily Mail, the scene is set to see Carrie Bradshaw on a phone call with Samantha Jones. Despite their years long feud, Sarah has now spoken about Kim's return to the show, as well as Aidan Shaw also making an appearance. She said: “We’ve been really thoughtful about the ways in which we’ve approached characters that hadn’t been around, the ways we have invited actors back.” “It’s been really fun and exciting and certainly nostalgic. But I think more than that, it’s been a lot of joy.” [caption id="attachment_582648" align="alignnone" width="2048"] Credit: Getty[/caption] While Samantha will be returning to our screens, Kristen Davis has said that the cameo does not mean there is "closure" or "resolution" for Samantha's feud with the other girls.

She said: “And I think that’s what was was great about the four of us, because obviously, Charlotte had a really different perspective than Samantha, and Carrie and Miranda at times.”

Speaking in a separate interview with The Telegraph, Kristin, who plays Charlotte, was asked if she or any other cast members are still in touch with Kim.
