Coronation Street star Kym Marsh accepted a caution after she was caught illegally disposing rubbish near her home in Salford.
According to The Irish Daily Mirror, the actress was charged when Salford Council officials found Coronation Street scripts within bin bags filled with waste, which had been dumped at the side of the road.
The bin bags contained rubble, broken furniture and envelopes bearing the actress’ name.
Marsh, who plays Michelle Connor on the TV3 soap, was expected to appear at Manchester magistrates court charged with “failing to have a duty of care for disposal of rubbish.” Prosecutors agreed to drop the charge when she accepted a warning.

The actress was forced to pay for the clean up of the rubbish, which cost thousands of pounds.
The actress claimed that she was the victim of a scam and said a man offered to remove the rubbish for €76.
A Coronation Street spokesperson said: Kym is relieved the prosecution has been withdrawn and she’s now able to draw a line under this matter.
