Rylan Clark-Neal has revealed his reason for leaving This Morning

Rylan Clark-Neal has spoke out following his abrupt ITV This Morning departure.

Speaking to The Sun, Rylan explained how his demanding schedule and constant on-the-clock mind set was not doing him any justice.

“I got a load of sh*t when I had a break from This Morning after five years. "Some news outlets have said I’m having a baby, ­getting divorced and terminally ill. “I’m really missing being there but I just need time to myself. People think there’s an ulterior motive and there’s not. “I just needed a break for my head, for my body, for my peace of mind." He told The Sun.

Rylan discussed how being a freelancer meant he would take up several jobs at the one time however, in doing this he would end up exhausting himself, with some early mornings and nights not finishing until 1am. Rylan explained how he wants to spend his time-off with his husband Dan Rylan-Clark. When asked if the possibility of children was on the horizon, Rylan replied:

“I’d love to have kids but I just think it’s when the time’s right “I’m not going to sit here and say it won’t happen. “If it happens I’ll be very lucky and I’ll love it.”
