Sure we didn’t see that one coming at all! Anyway after less than two weeks the couple are said to have gone their separate ways.
Geri Halliwell has been a little unlucky in love over the years.
The Daily Mirror reported this morning that the fling ended only days after the former Spice Girl took her lothario house-hunting.
While she may be regretting that now, reconciliation hasn’t been ruled out according to the newspaper. Then again Russell has already been spotted with another lady friend. We know, way harsh!
A source said: ‘Geri was smitten but things have petered out a tad… He isn’t ready to settle down so soon after coming out of marriage, whereas Geri is probably more ready to have a relationship.’
Unfortunately the last lady to fall for the comedian ended up divorcing him which doesn’t bode well for the 40 year old guest X Factor judge.

‘Russell is a huge flirt and Geri won’t stand for any nonsense,’ explained the source before saying, ‘her friends are telling her not to get serious about him.’
As hard as it is to say, Geri you should probably take their advice!
