Kate Middleton is counting down the weeks to herself and Will’s first new addition to the royal family, which means she is also counting down the weeks until she moves back in with the ‘rents.
The Duchess’s uncle, Gary Goldsmith, has come forward and confirmed that Kate Middleton will move in with her parents for the first six weeks after the birth of her new son or daughter.
Goldsmith told The Telegraph that the fact that they’re taking the baby to Carole’s for the first six weeks is “genius”.
Kate Middleton is going to move in with her parents after the birth.
He said: “Carole’s a fantastic mum, she is ten years older than me and practised on me, and I think it’s the best thing to do. It will take the pressure off Kate.
“Kate’s doing brilliantly in that role. She’s made the Royal family more accessible. And you throw a baby into that mix, they’re going to do it fabulously.
“You just know that baby is going to be introduced into the public fantastically well.”
A rep for the Duchess of Cambridge has been approached for comment but has yet to reply.

The speculation comes after claims that Kate’s family were considering a move to the States to expand their party planning business.
A source told the New York Daily News, “Party Pieces’ overseas business has been extraordinary with America dominating much of the interest. It has prompted the Middletons to look at establishing an office in the US so that they can bolster their brand and even tie into other companies and ventures.
“They feel New York offers them a good starting point. Many US marketing groups see getting in bed with the Middletons as a great opportunity.
“And they feel that these opportunities are too good to miss.”
