One royal expert thinks that Meghan Markle giving birth will change her relationship with Kate Middleton.
For some time now, there have been reports of a feud between the two women which is thought to have started when Kate was left “in tears” after a fitting for Princess Charlotte’s wedding dress.
A spokesperson for Buckingham Palace later said that “this never happened” but that hasn’t stopped the royal rumour mill from going into complete meltdown for the past few months.
However, one royal expert is of the opinion that everything will change once Meghan Markle, who is expecting her first baby this spring, gives birth.
Speaking on Kate V Meghan: Princesses at War?, Katie Nicholl said that Meghan welcoming her first child will change the dynamic between the pair.
According to The Sun, the royal expert said:
“Meghan having a baby will change the dynamic. They’ll both become mums and that changes everything.
“Screaming baby at two in the morning – who would you ask? You’d ask your sister-in-law who’d been exactly the same with many years of experience.”
Yeah, we can see how this makes sense.
To be fair, the Duchess of Sussex and the Duchess of Cambridge appear to be getting on just fine and the rumours of a feud could be mere speculation.
If reports are to be believed, Meghan and Harry could be about to welcome their first child sooner than expected with royal fans convinced that the Duchess will give birth next month.
On Christmas Day, she spoke to one of the well-wishers who were there to greet the royal family, saying that she was excited to meet her baby and that there wasn’t “far to go”.
This has led people to think that the baby is due in February but again we’ll just have to wait and see…
