Boyzone star Ronan Keating brought his three children onto the set of his debut film to show them what the film world is all about.

Jack, 13, Marie, 11 and six-year-old Ali were on the set while Ronan was shooting love scenes with British actress Laura Michelle Kelly.

The star was filming his big screen debut, the romantic comedy, ‘Goddess’.

“I bare quite a bit on set,” the 35-year-old Dubliner told BBC Radio 2’s Simon Mayo.

“I thought it was a really good idea because they got to see the situation.”

Ronan Keating is returning to the show-business world with a bang as his new album, ‘Fires’, is set for release on September 3rd and his debut comedy film, ‘Goddess’, is set to open next February. The film follows the story of Laura, a part-time singer, who leaves Ronan to pursue stardom.

Ronan’s children have been influenced by the star’s love for singing and acting as Jack played guitar with his dad on stage last year in London and his eldest daughter, Marie, is set for stardom on the set of her film, ‘Dark Touch’.

The film tells the story of an isolated house in the countryside which appears to come alive and attack the family living inside it. The horror is already being compared to Swedish multi award-winning masterpiece, ‘Let The Right One In’.

The talented youngster is said to be well-prepared as she has been taking acting lessons for years.

School is still the priority for his children though, and Ronan’s former wife Yvonne tweeted about Jack’s first day of secondary school during the week.
