Hugh Grant has hinted that he may have become a father for the second time after responding to claims he has welcomed a son.
The Love Actually star claimed he was “thrilled” that his daughter, one year old Tabitha, has a “new brother”. The comment has many believing he may have become a father again with his daughter’s mum Tinglan Hong, who is 19 years younger than the actor.
Grant wrote on the social networking site: “In answer to some journos. Am thrilled my daughter now has a brother.”
“Adore them both to an uncool degree. They have a fab mum.”
The actor announced the birth of his first child in September 2011 after, what was described as, a “fleeting affair,” with the 33 year-old.
Speaking about the joys of becoming a father in March last year, the British star told the Guardian: “I like my daughter very much. Fantastic. Has she changed my life? I’m not sure. Not yet. Not massively, no. But I’m absolutely thrilled to have had her, I really am.
“And I feel a better person. There probably is some truth that one of our main functions on the planet is to reproduce, because it feels like more of an achievement than it should do.”
Hugh smiling… reminding us of our Bridget Jones crush.
It’s unknown if Hugh is in a relationship with the mother of the children. He previously dated Liz Hurley for 13 years and socialite Jemima Khan.
UPDATE: February 17th, 10:40am. EntertainmentWise have reported that Hugh Grant and his partner have named the little boy Felix Chang.
