Robert Pattinson has been off the radar for the past couple of weeks ever since it was revealed that his long-term girlfriend, Kristen Stewart, was doing the dirty on him with the director of her latest film.
Now, however, it seems as if the Twilight actor is gearing up to get back into the spotlight.
The Irish Independent reports that Rob is set to appear in his first television interview since K-stew confirmed that she was in fact cheating on him.
R-Patz is planning on appearing on Good Morning America on August 15th to have a chat about his new film Cosmopolis. It is not yet known if the interview will focus on Rob’s recent heartbreak, although we have to say, if we were interviewing him, we’d definitely try to find out just what exactly happened between him and K-Stew.
There’s so many questions we have – is it true that he’s been hiding out with Reese Witherspoon? Has he really been ignoring Kristen’s calls and texts? And, of course, the most important question of all: is he going to take her back?!

This will be Rob’s first major public appearance since the scandal, but there are reports that he was seen out at a bar over the weekend in Ojai, California, having a few drinks and enjoying the craic.
According to US Weekly, Rob had an “amazing” night at Deer Lodge, a country-western bar, on Saturday night. Onlookers said that Rob had “a few drinks and laughs” with some friends.
“He looked like a guy that was just trying to enjoy himself and get away,” said an onlooker.
“Seems like a good kid,” the onlooker added.
