Rihanna confirms she’s pregnant with her third child at the Met Gala

The mum showed off her baby bump after arriving late to the prestigious event in New York last night.

Rihanna's partner A$AP Rocky was one of the co-chairs for the 2025 Met Gala, but the couple chose not to walk the red carpet together.

Speaking to reporters at the event, A$AP Rocky said: "It is time to just show the people what we were cooking up."

Reporters congratulated him on their news on the red carpet, to which he replied: "Thank you, thank you, thank you. I'm glad everybody's happy for us because we're definitely happy."

Rihanna and A$AP Rocky are already parents to two sons,  RZA Athelston and Riot Rose.

They welcomed their first son in 2022 and welcomed their second son in 2023.

Rihanna previously told Interview magazine that the Covid-19 pandemic sped up her relationship with the rapper.

She explained: "I felt like god knew we needed because we were going to start a family,” she said.

"And had it not been for COVID, we would’ve taken a lot more time to get comfortable with each other, to even know that we were ready."

The singer said becoming parents was one of the best things to ever happen to their relationship.

She also said she always knew that A$AP Rocky would make "a great father."

Rihanna and A$AP Rocky have been together since 2021.
