Richie Sambora Denies Allegations Made by Ex-Girlfriend Nikki Lund

Musician Richie Sambora has denied allegations made by his ex-girlfriend and former business partner Nikki Lund. According to People, she filed a police report in California this week claiming that the Bon Jovi guitarist assaulted and threatened to kill her. The publication says that the authorities have confirmed that a report was filed and an investigation is ongoing, however they did not specify the names of the parties involved. Richie and Nikki dated on and off for a decade. They also founded a clothing line together. Nikki and Richie dated on and off for 10 years. Richie’s representative has denied the allegations, saying: "This is a cluster of fabricated lies in retaliation for Mr Sambora's decision to cease further funding of the unprofitable partnership, plain and simple." A source close to Nikki shot down the suggestion that it's about money before adding: “Nikki just wants to be safe and felt she had no option but to go to the police."
