Professor Green fractured his neck during a seizure and has subsequently cancelled his tour.
The British singer, whose real name is Stephen Manderson, suffered three seizures yesterday, one that left him with a fractured vertebrae.
He was due to begin his UK in Cardiff last night.
Green shared a photo of himself in hospital wearing a neck brace and strapped to a stretcher. He apologised for the cancellation and explained to his fans what had happened.

In a series of Instagram posts, he wrote that he was “really lucky” to not have broken his neck.
“I’ll be back in the winter with a bigger tour,” he said. “I’ve had two further seizures and am lucky I didn’t break my neck. Really fucking lucky.
“Thanks for baring [sic] with me, most importantly thank you to our NHS, heroes amongst men (and women).”

He added that the fracture was the result of a fall that happened when he suffered the first seizure while packing for his tour.
Green, who is best known for his songs I Need You Tonight and Read All About It, has since received a barrage of support from fans.
He told them that he would return later this year with another tour.
