Daithi O Se probably thought that he knew everything there was to know for his wedding to Rita Talty tomorrow.
That was until a priest gave the Irish television presenter advice on how to woo his wife on their wedding night.
During the pre-marital course the priest reportedly told O Se that it wasn’t simply a case of ‘tuning in a radio.’
During the interview with Today FM the soon-to-be-married former Daily Show presenter also told Ray D’Arcy about the moment he first met Rita. ‘Once I met her I knew that she was the one,’ he said.
The couple actually met when O Se was a judge at the Rose of Tralee festival. Rita was representing New Jersey that year. In memory of this they are having their reception in the Carlton Hotel in Tralee where the festival was held.
According to O Se he and his future wife are over the moon with the venue. ‘They are pulling out all the stops and are letting Rita and I have what we need to make the day really special.’
Well we certainly hope all goes to plan from the wedding service in Dingle to the reception in Tralee… to the wedding night of course!
