Presenter Sarah-Jane Crawford has had to undergo an emergency operation according to reports.
The Xtra Factor host apparently had to have surgery on her womb to remove a lump. Last year she underwent an operation to remove a lump from her breast.
A source told The Sun newspaper: “Sarah’s feeling really low after the op, it was a real shock.
“She didn’t quite know how serious it was and has been putting it off for weeks due to her workload.
“But after doctors checked it out, she needed emergency surgery. If she didn’t treat it, the lump could have become very dangerous.”
Sarah is now said to be recovering and will skip this year’s National Television Awards.
