“The online world is a nasty little place.”

Vogue Williams has hit back at the social media users who have “fat-shamed” her during her pregnancy.

The TV presenter and her fiancé, Spencer Matthews, announced in March that they are expecting their first child together.

The mum-to-be recently took to Twitter to respond to social media trolls who she says have been “fat-shaming” her, adding: “the online world is a nasty little place.”

She wrote:

“I actually just have to laugh at the people fat shaming me.

“I’m seven months PREGNANT, the online world is a nasty little place.

“Myself and my larger body are very happy and look forward to getting even bigger.”

It comes as the model took to Instagram to share a photo of her baby bump, explaining that she loves “dressing it now it’s bigger.”

She captioned the photo:

“I thought I’d hate wearing a bikini when I had a big bump, I’ve actually loved dressing it now it’s bigger or not dressing it in this picture.”

Meanwhile, Spencer recently revealed they were considering a sweet family tribute for their son’s name.

The former Made In Chelsea star told the Loose Women panel they would like to incorporate his late brother’s name, as well as Vogue’s late father’s name, into the moniker for their son.

Spencer’s brother, Michael, tragically died in 1999 while he was climbing Mount Everest. Vogue’s father, Freddie, passed away in 2010 after a stroke.

He told the panel:

“We’ve known it was a boy for so long now that obviously we have thought of names and we do have a few favourites.

“I just don’t know how much she’d be happy with me revealing.

“I don’t think it has to be a secret that my brother passed away and so did her father, and we’d like to incorporate their names into our child’s name somehow, and we have a few frontrunners, but we’re not 100 per cent.”
