Police Called After TOWIE Star Frankie Essex ‘Accidentally’ Caught Boyfriend with Glass

TOWIE star Frankie Essex was reportedly involved in a fight with her (now ex-)boyfriend John Lyons last year which led to the police being called. According to The Sun on Sunday the couple got into an argument and she accidentally caught him in the neck with a glass that she was holding. While he was allegedly left with wounds and the police were called to the property in Essex, no charges were brought. Frankie with her brother Joey in The Only Way Is Essex. A source told newspaper: “They have a very turbulent relationship and it’s not unusual for them to be rowing. “But this was a particularly nasty argument. She never meant to hurt him but he surged towards her and she panicked and tried to push him away.” Frankie, who is the sister of Joey Essex, started dating John in 2012. They are no longer together.
