You may remember the party planning book that Pippa Middleton released last summer. Mainly because it was absolutely panned by critics for its overly simplistic advice. However, bad reviews haven’t stopped Pippa. Oh no. She’s back with a new writing venture!
The Telegraph reports that Pippa is now planning on penning a column entitled Pippa’s Friday Night Feasts for the Waitrose Kitchen magazine. In the column, Pippa will be sharing her “casual dining ideas and recipes.”
Pippa, who was pretty much propelled into the spotlight when she appeared as a bridesmaid at the royal wedding, said she was delighted to be writing for Waitrose Kitchen and looking forward to sharing her “passion and enthusiasim for food and entertaining.”
“I’m delighted to be writing for Waitrose Kitchen, a magazine that’s always been a source of inspiration to me, for its extensive spectrum of food and beautiful style,” said Pippa.
“My column, ‘Pippa’s Friday Night Feasts’ will be an exciting opportunity to share my own passion and enthusiasm for food and entertaining and I can’t wait to get started,” she added.
Pippa’s first column will appear in the April edition of the magazine and Pippa will feature on the cover.
Pippa’s first book was mocked for being too “simple”
“Pippa will be an excellent contributor to the magazine, bringing with her a wealth of experience of entertaining, gained in part from working at her family’s party business,” said William Sitwell, the editor of Waitrose Kitchen.
“Readers will love her relaxed and easy entertaining ideas which will help with the preparation for all sorts of occasions,” he added.
It looks as though the parody Twitter account, @PippaTips, will have some new material to keep it going soon enough. Actually, it’s already getting started…
Excellent tip. Truly excellent.
