Pink Thinks a Sense of Humour is Very Important in Life

Pink “tries not to forget” her sense of humour when she is having a bad day.

The 'Blow Me (One Last Kiss)' singer said it is important to laugh when things go wrong.

Pink and her husband Carey Hart welcomed their first child, Willow, into the world in June 2011. Although the couple married in 2006, they later split before reuniting in 2009.

Pink said the couple’s time apart made them stronger and taught her a valuable lesson.

"I've learnt that nothing is permanent. I always say that I wish someone had told me back in school that change is going to come," she said.

"And now I try not to forget my sense of humour in all things - especially with having a baby. It's like, 'Honey you look good with poop on your face!'"

The singer is gearing up to release her latest album The Truth about Love. Although she said motherhood has changed her, she feels that it hasn’t affected her music too much.

"Well, it's definitely not lullabies, even though I love my baby! It's a mixed bag - a lot of rock, dance and a lot of fun," she explained.

"You can take off your clothes, drink lots of beer and dance to it!"
