We’re not sure why Kim Kardashian continues to try to murder herself in those heels. Despite the fact that the reality star is now heavily pregnant with her first child, she insists on wearing heels the height of skyscrapers.
And now this is the result. Kim seems to be in some sort of denial about being pregnant but there’s no denying those swollen feet.
