One Direction star Liam Payne has infuriated fans of the group this week after he jokingly covered Zayn Malik’s face on a poster of the band.
Zayn left the One Direction tour last week due to “stress” and is said to have returned home to England.
Liam though decided to have a bit of a giggle about all the drama surrounding the news and shared a picture of himself and the other lads posing with a poster of the group with his hand over Zayn’s face.

He added the caption “#makinglightofasituation sorry for the laughs guys” on Twitter, but received massive backlash from heartbroken fans for the tweet.

He later appeared to respond to all the backlash by tweeting “#banter”.
