One Direction are back on the road and it seems that one of them is also nursing a broken heart.
Liam Payne had been dating school friend Sophia Smith in recent months but a series of cryptic posts to his Twitter feed over the past week or two have led to speculation that the pair have now called it quits. The 20-year-old, who has also just joined Instagram, began his soppy tirade on April 24th with a message reading ‘I’d forgotton how lonely hotel rooms are’.
But while some believe that he’s hinting at a break-up, other Directioners are convinced that the posts contain lyrics from a new song or could even be directed at ex-girlfriend Danielle Peazer. We’ll let you decide…
