One Direction’s Liam Payne and his dancer girlfriend have split, as they crumbled under the pressures of fame.
Liam Payne and Danielle Peazer have called it a day. The pair’s work commitments and the abuse Danielle received on social networking sites did not help the couple’s problems.
Only a week ago, Liam told The Irish Sun he thought she was ‘The One’.
Payne met Danielle on the X-Factor in 2010. The couple have been together since but she moved out of his apartment in London at the weekend, only months after settling in.
A source said; “It was getting impossible to keep it going. They were apart so much and everything that was being said to Danielle on Twitter was getting to her.
“They both still care for each other and will remain friends, but it all just got too much.”
Liam has revealed he is concerned how hardcore One D fans will react to the news, and has pleaded with them not to give her any grief.
The young couple in happier times.
Last week Liam explained how mental their celebrity life is for Danielle.
“Danielle’s got over a million followers on Twitter. It’s just crazy.
“She’s been getting stopped in the street. She got chased by some girl in the park the other day which is very scary.
“They seem to have settled to the idea now [that the pair are a couple], but every so often she gets death threats and stuff and she doesn’t need that.”
That’s the last thing the girl needed…
All for a One D boyfriend? Someone some girls would do anything to be with but we say he’d want to be something very, very special to go through that.
“Danielle’s not the most confident person in the world,” Liam said, “and takes note of what people say.”
Liam will have single wingmen Harry Styles and Niall Horan in the band to help him socialise with the ladies now… as Zayn Malik and Louis Tomlinson’s relationships are still going strong.
